HEFFERNAN REALTY in collaboration with TOP PRODUCER SYSTEMS Inc, are currently engaged in constructing what is hoped to be, the most innovative and cutting edge online listing display system, and tenant / landlord online screening process ever developed. At least that we are aware of. One of the biggest problems to date in the real-estate rental industry has been the mismanagement of rental listing data, both the listing itself, and the land lord / tenant contact information. Currently most real-estate offices maintain the listing data on one piece of paper, and the prospective tenant information on another, and the State required disclosure forms on yet another. The subsequent result of this mismanagement of data is total confusion, and an inability on the part of the real estate vendor to provide a more streamlined, principled and expeditious transaction. The current screening process is at best half hearted, and very often never completed fully.

Our objective at HEFFERNAN REALTY is to provide both the landlord and the tenant with a turn key solution to the entire process from listing and screening, to the renting and or leasing conclusion. Providing an online data maintenance system in an effort to maintain data integrity, and a streamlined and efficient rental process makes more sense for everyone.
